VIP Tier members are eligible for different free shipping benefits. Here are some common tips and notes if you are having trouble getting it to show for you.
- Make sure you are logged in to your account.
- When logged in, confirm that your 'My Account' page lists you as being in the correct tier. If you believe it's showing the incorrect tier, please contact customer service.
- When checking out, please note that some express checkout options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay will not offer you your free shipping rate. Please use the regular site checkout until you select the shipping method (step 3) before navigating to an express checkout option.
- On rare occasions you may even need to exit your session and come back to the site (your cart still should be saved) and the correct rates should populate.
